Returns within 14 days
You can request a free return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Please keep the labels and packaging. Trying an item on to check the fit is fine; please do not wear or wash it before returning it.
One free exchange
Each order includes one free exchange requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to available stock. The items must be unused and in their original condition. If your replacement is unavailable, you can choose a refund.
How to request a return or exchange
Email care@sitr-ha.com with your order number and the item you want to return or exchange. We will arrange collection at no cost to you.
Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders
We refund the amount you paid for the returned items. We will agree a bank transfer or mobile-wallet refund with you. If you prefer a cash refund, tell us so we can arrange it. You do not have to accept store credit. Statutory refund deadlines and any legally required shipping refunds apply.
Returning a set
Please return the top, pants and hip cover together, with the complimentary carry bag, when returning the full set. Contact us if a component is missing or damaged so we can help.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item is faulty or does not match your order, contact us promptly. You can request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery without extra charges. The unused-item condition does not limit your rights for faulty goods. We will meet the applicable legal deadline, including a refund or replacement within one week of a qualifying request.
These terms do not limit your rights under Egyptian consumer-protection law.
